I offer a confidential, warm and supportive environment so that you will feel comfortable to explore what has brought you to counselling. I provide a non-judgemental, impartial and confidential service, based on more than 20 years' experience.
Together we work, at your pace, with what is troubling you so that awareness, understanding and change may happen. Conflict within ourselves or in a relationship with others can leave us with a lack of clarity, feeling confused or sometimes stuck. Loss can leave us overwhelmed. Working with our past and present experiences can enable us to live our life in a fulfilling way, and one which is right for us.
At times of difficulty or distress, counselling offers the opportunity to talk through your situation, understand and express feelings, consider options and choose how to move forward. This might be by identifying ways to cope with a situation, or it may involve taking steps to bring about a positive change. We will work together to achieve this.
